The Government of Kenya is in the process of developing Phase 1(400 acres) of Konza Technopolis’ Horizontal Infrastructure, with the Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) headquarters already completed. The construction of government cloud server infrastructure and Kenya’s first research dedicated university is underway and over 17 investors have been approved for the commencement of vertical infrastructure. As a show of its commitment to developing the country’s first smart
city, the government has funded critical infrastructure required. To this end, the Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) would like to invite interested developers and investors to apply for parcels of land in
the following areas:

  • Light industrial plant
  • Residential
  • Hospitality
  • Recreational
  • Energy (Renewables and Fuel Stations)
